1. Subscription refunds
School subscriptions to Pinnacle India are billed annually. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
- Within 7 days: Full refund available if no significant usage has occurred.
- Within 30 days: Pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.
- After 30 days: No refunds are available for the current subscription period.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please write to us with:
- Your school name and registered email
- Reason for the refund request
- Subscription start date

3. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
4. Non-refundable items
- Custom development or integration work
- Server hosting fees billed separately via third-party providers
- Subscriptions that have been substantially utilised
